How Can I Help?

The best way to help, is to sign up to our petition. One of the most important things about securing World Heritage Site Status is the backing of local people. By signing up, you will be demonstrating your full commitment to preserving and protecting Arbroath Abbey for future generations to enjoy. We believe that Arbroath Abbey fulfills all of the strict criteria set down by the United Nations for inclusion on the list, and by signing the petition, you will be sending a strong message to the United Nations that you support our campaign and that you believe that the UN should recognise the significance of the Declaration of Arbroath.

What Else Will The Campaign Be Doing ?

The campaign will be going round local schools to secure the support of our young people, which is a UN pre-requisite. We will also be attending local events and encouraging people to sign up. At the same time, we will be working with historians and other experts to maximise the impact of our very strong case for inclusion on the World Heritage Site List.
